Recent projects include:

  • Handling inbound telephone calls in response to a campaign promoting Basic Skills Tutor opportunities. We are coordinating the booking of eligible individuals onto a series of recruitment events and fulfilling vital information daily by post and email.
  • A repeat contract to manage inbound and outbound calls for the youth market across Central London. Response mechanisms include SMS text and email messages.
